2. You shall offer at least 2% discount on every Product and Service rendered to every Prestige card holder who patronizes any of your outlets nationwide.
3. You Shall offer discount on any or all categories of the Prestige card.
4. You Shall offer discounts to every Prestige student card holder provided your product or services are educational in nature.
5. You Shall state clearly on your Zest Partnership Registration form or through your Partnership account and same which is visible on every home page at www.bargainmasterng.com, the exact amount of discounts you are willing to offer to the various categories of the Prestige card holders and which same shall not be less than 2% of every total purchase of goods or services rendered.
6. You are hereby restrained from abusing the privilege vested on you as a Zest Partner by way of using a material that has a likelihood of affecting a fellow partner negatively.
7. It shall be illegal and unlawful to post any material that was obtained by means of an infringement of a person’s or Corporate entity’s intellectual property on our website www.bargainmasterng.com .
8. The Prestige card privilege is exclusively designed for each of its holder’s benefit whose name is printed on the card and under no circumstance shall the benefit be extended to any other person or persons.
9. The use of any information or materials sourced from our website www.bargainmasterng.com shall be at your own risk, it shall also be your own responsibility to ensure that any product, service or information available on the website conform to your requirements.
10. It shall be our sole responsibility to promote your business interests, refer and direct customers to you through our website, newsletter and articles to your prospective customers at no cost to you.
